We love London Fashion week, the clothes, the hair trends and the makeup. The movements we see on the catwalk will be the fashion trends sweeping the nation over the following seasons. As hair lovers, we are always looking closely at the hair fashion trends and which we’d like to try at home.

Our Top Three Hair Trends From London Fashion Week SS17

 

1. TOPSHOP UNIQUE

Hairstylist Duffy gave a twist on the perfect ringlet curl with what he dubbed as “New Wave Glamour”. To create this look curl around 2-3 inches of hair at a time with a 10mm curling wand. This creates loose and tight curls all in one hairstyle. We LOVE this look as it’s the perfect combination of glamour and effortless chic.

2. ERDEM

Anthony Turner is the mastermind behind these beautiful buns. Plaits and braids wrapped into a messy updo then adorned with bows and ribbons. Strands are then pulled from the braids to create a messier effect, giving this style an overall boho feel. This is one our favourite looks due to its versatility. It can be modified to suit all seasons by changing the colour scheme of the accessories and bows, for instance, try an orange or burgundy ribbon in autumn.

3. ASISH

This is a slightly different look designed for both male and female models by Ali Pirzadeh. Long sleek braids embellished with Hindu and Indian style jewellery for a regal looking style. The look was inspired by Bollywood brides and we simply adore it. This is the perfect style for the festival season in Summer or even in Winter when you don’t want your hair blowing in your face. Choose some beautiful accessories and plait through the hair.
